Outlining the refund/returns policy
We are an eco-conscious company, and each item is prepped and printed to order. Please check our sizing guides carefully in order to get the order correct the first time around, or contact our friendly team who are always happy to offer advice on sizing or anything else you might need help with.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in. If it's not in a condition that the next customer would be delighted to receive it (e.g., covered in pet hairs, stained, with make-up or deodorant marks, etc) we will not be able to accept it back in.

To complete your return, please email us on ourmatetim@gmail.com, and the team will get back to you with returns instructions shortly. Please, note that failing to include a note with your full name and order number inside your returns package might result in delays, and may even mean your package is never identified at all.

We do not cover the postage cost of returning your item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your replacements out to you. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item(s), so do consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your returned item has been received and processed by our team, your new order will be processed within 15 business days. The time it may take for your replacement to reach you may vary depending on where you live as well as the shipping method selected.
